At first glance, the aroma of our gently roasted macadamia nuts is reminiscent of the typical smell of peanuts. With the difference that the round kernels of the macadamia exude a much more distinctive scent with an almost sweet note. The same applies to the taste experience, when the crunchy nut gradually takes on an almost buttery consistency when chewed and unfolds its very nutty character. A particularly intense and, above all, substantial pleasure for all the senses.

No wonder, since macadamia nuts naturally provide plenty of B vitamins, unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids and minerals for body and mind. They also promote digestion, stimulate metabolism, strengthen muscles and nerves and protect the cardiovascular system. Crunchy quality - from the harvest to the hand-picked macadamia creation

In the production of our "Roasted & Salted" creation, we only use sustainable and fair trade ingredients of the best quality. Our macadamia nuts come from controlled organic cultivation in Kenya, where they are shelled, cracked and imported to Hamburg. There they are then gently roasted by hand without the use of oil and rounded off with a fine touch of salt. The finished product is then packaged gently and aroma-tight in recyclable disposable jars.
